欢迎使用「小慢炖」（以下简称“本应用”）。本应用由 Biling (Nanjing) Technology Co., Ltd.（以下简称“我们”）提供。使用本应用即表示你同意本条款；如不同意，请停止使用。
Welcome to 小慢炖 (the “App”), provided by Biling (Nanjing) Technology Co., Ltd. (“we” or “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using it.
本条款适用于本应用提供的专注计时、应用限制、菜品收集、餐桌装扮及相关服务。
These Terms cover focus timers, app restrictions, dish collection, table decoration and related features.
02服务内容About the service
小慢炖将专注时间与小猫烹饪结合，提供专注计时、使用限制、完成专注后获得菜品及金币、餐桌装扮、声音播放等功能。具体功能以当前版本实际提供的内容为准。
小慢炖 combines focus sessions with a cat-themed cooking experience. Features may include focus timers, app restrictions, dishes and coins earned through completed sessions, table decoration and background sounds. Available features depend on the installed version.
应用限制依赖 Apple 的屏幕使用时间等系统能力，须经你授权后才能生效。不同设备、系统版本和系统权限可能影响功能可用性。
App restrictions rely on Apple Screen Time and related system capabilities, which require your permission. Availability may vary by device, OS version and settings.
03账户与使用记录Accounts and progress
本应用可在不注册账户的情况下使用，并可能为你分配用于识别使用记录的用户标识符。部分功能可能提供 Apple 登录或数据同步能力，具体以应用内说明为准。
The App can be used without registering an account and may assign a user identifier to maintain your progress. Certain versions may offer Sign in with Apple or sync features, as described in the App.
请妥善保管设备及账户凭据。卸载应用、更换设备或改变登录状态可能影响本地记录及恢复能力；我们不会承诺所有数据始终可恢复。
Keep your device and any account credentials secure. Uninstalling the App, switching devices or changing sign-in status can affect locally stored progress. Not all data can necessarily be restored.
04合理使用Acceptable use
你应遵守适用法律，不得通过本应用实施违法行为、干扰服务运行、绕过安全措施、未经授权访问系统或数据，或侵犯其他用户及第三方的合法权益。
You must comply with applicable law. Do not use the App unlawfully, disrupt the service, bypass security measures, access systems or data without authorization, or infringe the rights of others.
如发现严重违规或安全风险，我们可在适用法律允许的范围内采取必要限制措施。
Where lawful and necessary, we may restrict access to protect the service and its users.
05虚拟金币与装扮Virtual coins and decorations
通过专注获得的金币、菜品与装扮仅供应用内使用，不属于现金、电子货币或可兑换资产，也不能转售、转让或兑换现实货币。
Coins, dishes and decorative items earned in the App are for in-app use only. They are not cash, electronic money or redeemable assets, and cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for real-world currency.
菜品、金币和装扮的获取条件及展示方式可能随版本调整。已合法购买的付费内容将依据购买时说明及适用法律处理。
Earning rules and presentation may change with updates. Lawfully purchased content remains subject to the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
06Pro 会员、支付与退款Pro, payments and refunds
本应用可能提供 Pro 订阅、终身解锁或其他应用内购买。实际商品、权益、价格、计费周期、是否自动续费以及试用条件，以购买页面和 Apple App Store 显示的信息为准。
The App may offer Pro subscriptions, lifetime unlocks or other in-app purchases. Benefits, price, billing period, auto-renewal and trial terms are those disclosed on the purchase screen and by the Apple App Store.
如购买自动续费订阅，Apple 将按购买时展示的周期自动扣费，除非你在续费前取消。你可通过 iPhone「设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅」管理或取消订阅；取消后通常可使用至当前已付费周期结束。
Auto-renewing subscriptions are charged by Apple at the displayed interval unless cancelled before renewal. Manage or cancel them under iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Access normally continues through the paid period.
应用内购买由 Apple 处理。退款请通过 Apple 官方渠道申请；消费者依法享有的权利不受本条款限制。
Apple processes in-app purchases. Request refunds through Apple’s official channels. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
07知识产权Intellectual property
本应用的软件、界面、小猫形象、菜品插画、音乐或音效素材、品牌标识及其他内容，归我们或相应权利人所有，并受适用法律保护。
The App’s software, interface, cat artwork, dish illustrations, music and sound assets, branding and other content belong to us or the relevant rights holders and are protected by applicable law.
未经授权，不得复制、传播、出售、改编或商业利用本应用内容，也不得非法反编译、逆向工程或提取源代码；法律明确允许的情形除外。
Except where law permits, do not reproduce, distribute, sell, adapt or commercially exploit the content, or reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the source code without authorization.
08服务调整与终止Changes and termination
我们可能因维护、功能优化、系统升级或法律要求而调整、暂停或终止部分服务，并将在合理可行时提供必要提示。
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, improvements, system changes or legal requirements, with notice where reasonably practicable.
你可随时停止使用本应用；删除应用并不会自动取消 Apple 订阅，请在系统订阅设置中单独取消。
You may stop using the App at any time. Deleting the App does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it separately in your subscription settings.
09免责声明与责任限制Disclaimer and liability
本应用旨在辅助专注和时间管理，并不保证一定改善学习效率、工作表现或其他具体结果。系统限制、网络异常、设备问题等可能导致部分功能不可用。
The App is intended to support focus and time management. We cannot guarantee improvements in study, work or other outcomes. OS limitations, network issues and device conditions may affect operation.
在适用法律允许的范围内，本应用按“现状”提供。我们不对法律允许排除的间接或附带损失承担责任；本条款不排除或限制依法不得排除的责任。
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses where such liability may lawfully be excluded. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10隐私与个人信息Privacy and personal information
关于用户标识、使用统计、第三方 SDK 及设备本地处理数据等事项，请阅读我们的《隐私政策》。非必要统计须按应用内说明取得同意，且可在设置中管理。
For details about user identifiers, usage analytics, third-party SDKs and on-device processing, see our Privacy Policy. Optional analytics are subject to the consent and controls described in the App.
11条款更新Updates to these Terms
我们可能根据功能、法律或运营变化修订条款，并通过本页面或应用内方式发布。涉及用户重大权益的调整，我们会按照适用法律提供必要通知。
We may revise these Terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes and publish the revisions here or in the App. Material changes will be notified where required by applicable law.
12适用法律Governing law
在不影响用户所在地强制性消费者保护规定的前提下，本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。因本服务产生的争议，双方可先通过客服协商解决；协商不成的，依适用法律确定有管辖权的法院。
Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your location, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes may first be addressed through customer support, with jurisdiction determined under applicable law.
本条款提供中文和英文版本。版本存在解释差异时，以简体中文版本为参考，但不影响适用法律赋予用户的权利。
These Terms are available in Chinese and English. The Simplified Chinese version serves as the reference in case of inconsistency, without affecting rights granted by applicable law.
